Created a journey map to document the R&D Devision Design Team’s co-create process. Leveraged Value Proposition Design methodology to interview key stakeholders within the Design Team and their internal clients. I helped evangelized how the Design Team’s process was in integral part of the R&D Devision’s co-create process and business revenue.
