Consolidate many tools and screens used by the invoicing department into a single tool and streamline the process.
ROLE
As the UX Design consultant, I met with Invoice Specialist employees at Ross over a 6 week period to gain a truly empathetic understanding of their current workflow. I worked with Product Managers, Engineers, and Business Owners to document the current process and propose a new streamlined workflow.
DELIVERABLES
I facilitated whiteboard flow diagram exercises to help all stakeholders gain a much better understanding of the current highly complex process.
